Divorcio is a LegalTech startup born out of Europe’s social innovation space. We saw a huge unmet need: families facing divorce and separation had no simple, digital-first tools to guide them through one of life’s hardest moments. Our mission is to change that — by combining proven family mediation practices with technology that makes agreements faster, fairer, and more affordable.

Our roots

The idea grew from over a decade of experience in family support and mediation programs. In 2023–24, our founding team connected those insights with product and tech know-how to design Divorcio: a digital roadmap for parents and partners to navigate divorce with clarity and dignity.

Our vision

We believe that divorce should not break families — or bankrupt them. With Divorcio, we aim to scale accessible solutions across Europe and the U.S., reducing costs, stress, and conflict for millions of families every year.
